Last Thursday I came home with the following:
10 radishes (with greens)
1 bag of spinach
1 bunch of swiss chard
1 bunch of kale
(from last week): 1 garlic scape
It is all gone.

Spinach: In Eggs over Spinach on Toast
Kale: In Kale Chips
Swiss Chard: In Quinoa with Chard, Pecans, and Apples
(Leftover) Garlic Scape: in Cauliflower Pasta
Next week’s haul looks a little different, without so many greens. I’m excited to try some new things!
