I just wanted to share a link because this recipe was quite yummy and fun to make. I had never worked with spring roll wrappers before, and it was overall a good experience. The sauce in the recipe is delish, and we used carrots, kohlrabi, and zucchini from the CSA as our filling along with tofu and cilantro. John and I agreed that lettuce would have been a positive addition for filler and crunch. I look forward to new adventures with spring rolls.
